You can check out my studio in Bend with its calm atmosphere, or I can come to you anywhere in Oregon with my mobile business option. Special Opening Hours is 10am-8pm.
Client Expectations
To ensure a safe, effective, and respectful therapeutic experience, clients are asked to follow these next few steps:
Before the Appointment
Provide accurate and up-to-date health information on all intake forms.
Inform the therapist of any changes in health, medications, injuries, or pain levels.
Confirm the address and parking instructions for mobile sessions.
Stay hydrated and arrive (or be ready) 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
During the Appointment
Communicate openly about pressure, comfort, temperature, and any discomfort you may feel at any time.
Wear appropriate clothing depending on the type of massage requested.
Understand that massage therapy is strictly non-sexual; any inappropriate behavior results in immediate termination of the session and a full charge of the session.
After the Appointment
Rise slowly, hydrate, and follow any recommended self-care instructions.
Pay the remaining balance promptly if applicable.
Provide honest feedback to help improve future sessions.

These policies help maintain clarity, respect, and professionalism for all clients:
Scheduling & Booking
Appointments are available by reservation only.
Same-day bookings may be available but are not guaranteed.
A valid phone number and email are required for confirmation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% service fee.
No-shows are responsible for 100% of the session cost.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the therapist’s discretion.
Mobile Massage Policies
A safe, clean, private space must be provided for the massage table.
Pets must be secured in another area of the home.
Parking should be available reasonably close to the entrance.
Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
Payment & Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted: cash, card, HSA/FSA cards, and digital payments (list yours).
Superbill available upon request for insurance reimbursement.
Tips are appreciated but never expected.
Confidentiality
All client information is protected and confidential in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Health & Safety
If you are experiencing fever, contagious illness, or active infection, the session must be rescheduled.
Therapist reserves the right to decline service for health or safety concerns.
Professional draping is always required.
